All transport operations are directed from the main dispatching office located at the Tipsport arena in Liberec in order to effectively cover the needs of each EYOWF 2011 participant group.
The Organising Committee provides transportation service to all accredited persons at the EYOWF 2011.
TRANSPORT STRUCTURE
1) Shuttle Bus Service
The bus service runs on special lines according to a fixed timetable.
City Line
The line from the OLV to the Official EOC Hotel, city centre and to the Tipsport arena (where the main press centre is located) and the same way back to the OLV operates at regular intervals.
OLV – Sports Venues – OLV
The timetable takes into consideration the sports programme and requirements of each sport. The timetables of each line are posted in the block‘s entrance halls, in the NOC Services Centre and the venues, as well as at each bus stop.

2) Special Car Service
Transport of individuals or smaller groups mostly not according to fixed timetable is provided in accordance to the specific or individual needs. Car service is provided by Škoda Auto a.s., one of the main EYOWF 2011 partners.
Organisers also provide transportation to all the Ceremonies and other official events of the Festival. Liberec and Jablonec nad Nisou Public Transport is free of charge for everyone accredited.
Parking System / Vehicle Access Permit (VAP)
Due to various access and parking conditions at each of the venues, there is a parking system at each venue and the OLV operating on parking and access cards (VAP).
Transport from Prague – Ruzyně airport to Liberec for NOC guests and other visitors
The Prague airport is approximately 130 km from Liberec.
Transport for those who are not entitled to use the shutle between the Prague Airport and Liberec can be reserved at following prices:

Car Rental Service
The Organising Committee can assist in providing a car rental service during the Festival (paid service) either at the Prague airport or in Liberec.
OC has succeeded to negotiate special prices for car rental service by HERTZ.
